Indecent Exposer At Large After Being Chased Away By 66-Year-Old Virginia Woman: Police

Police say that a Peeping Tom who exposed himself to a 66-year-old woman multiple times over the course of several days at her Virginia condo complex remains at large days after targeting his victim.

Officers from the Prince William County Police Department were called to the Stratford Condominiums in the 8100 block of Lacy Drive in Manassas to investigate a reported indecent exposure incident.

According to investigators, the 66-year-old woman told responding detectives that she had observed the same unknown man outside of her apartment making obscene gestures while exposing himself on at least two occasions between Thursday, Dec. 8, and Saturday, Dec. 10.

On Saturday night, police say that the victim confronted the man when he returned to her apartment, though this time he fled on foot. Officials noted that at no point did the suspect have physical contact with his victim.
